Kanok Phafay

THE STORY OF KANOK PHAFAY GROUP

Our Origins

Kanok Phafay began with a small family business producing traditional cotton fabric in a rural community. The production started at home, involving family members and neighbors, using locally sourced raw materials. Initially, we focused on making and selling traditional cotton textiles to customers within our local community.

As time went on, we realized the importance of adding value to our fabric to create unique and marketable products. This led us to explore fabric dyeing and printing techniques using natural materials. Our journey into textile innovation began with using natural colors extracted from local plants, herbs, bark, and flowers. Through trial and error, we developed patterns that reflect the charm of nature and the essence of handmade work.

From these experiments, we discovered a deep passion for Eco Print, a technique that uses actual leaves and flowers to imprint natural patterns onto fabric. Each piece tells its own story—no two are ever the same.

The handmade eco-printed fabric became our signature, attracting attention from craft lovers, designers, and customers who appreciate sustainable beauty. Our designs are not just fashion items, but pieces of art rooted in cultural identity, nature, and mindfulness.

We are proud to represent the value of handmade craftsmanship and local wisdom through our Eco Print fabric, which is now featured in garments, bags, and lifestyle products loved by customers near and far.
