Community distilled liquor from Lamphun province is made from Suphanburi 50 sugarcane, which is organically grown and carefully tended. The producers are Young Smart Farmers Lamphun 63. After successful trials with planting and distillation, they encouraged local farmers to grow the sugarcane using organic farming principles, purchasing increasing amounts of their produce each year. Currently, the distillery plans to transform its operation into a Zero Waste 100% facility within the next three years, following the BCG (Bio-Circular-Green) model.

The production process uses mature sugarcane, which is freshly cut, washed, shredded, and immediately fermented at the distillery to maintain the quality of the raw material.

No preservatives or chemicals are added. The distillation is done using a steam column still, followed by blending to adjust the alcohol content. The liquor is then aged in food-grade stainless steel tanks for over a year before bottling. The distillery produces two alcohol strengths: a minimum of 28% (white) and a maximum of 40% (black).
